    Warranty Coverage

    Our limited warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for pre-lit artificial Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and other Christmas decor items purchased directly from Amazing Christmas.
     
    Warranty durations are as follows:
     
    • Pre-lit Artificial Christmas Trees: 3-year limited warranty on the lights and frame.
    • Unlit Artificial Christmas Trees: 5-year limited warranty on the tree frame.
    • Christmas Wreaths and Garlands: 1-year limited warranty on lights and frame.
    • Other Christmas Decor: Please refer to product-specific details on each listing.

    Terms and Conditions

    • This warranty is valid for products purchased directly from Amazing Christmas or an authorised retailer and covers only the original purchaser.
    • Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or neglect.
    • The warranty covers repair or replacement at Amazing Christmas's discretion. Amazing Christmas is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages.

    Making a Claim

    To make a warranty claim:

    2. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos.
    3. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
    Once verified, Amazing Christmas may offer repair services, replacement parts, or a full replacement of the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
