Change of Mind Return

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your item within 7 days of delivery for exchange or full refund following rules are applicable
  • No change-of-mind refunds on sale items
  • No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after the 25th December from year of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all parts, accessories and packaging.
• We will gladly offer our courier service for return shipping.
  • Additional cost of using our courier service is $25 per package over 100cm in length
  • $15 per carton under 100cm in length on any side
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• On all returns and exchanges please note the reason for the return and include the original receipt with your return.
• Please make a copy of the receipt and any packing list or shipping certificate to keep for your records.
• Include invoice number on label when returning items
